WHY THE ENGLISH IS DIFFICULT FOR THE PEOPLE OF THE SUBCONTINENT?
pakistan, India, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh are such subcontinent countries, which are struggling to make a grip on English.it is true , English is the inheritance of the Britishers,they had ruled over British India almost 1 century(1857-1947) we are the colonies of Britishers .but the people of India could not get a grip on English language.
it is also true that English is the international Langauge and basic need of the people.
There are many reasons for Behind it.
English is the official language in the subcontinent but there is no culture for speaking English. Their art, craft, drama, music is different in the region. but not an English culture there.
Culture is absorbed by living in it.
the exception, the elite areas of the high city like Lahore D.H.A.
2.english as a second language.
in sub-continent English is not a native or mother language. It is used in the subcontinent as a second or third Language. English is not speaking in their home by their parents.
all Countries of the subcontinent are poor. their people are poor. Even they have no food to eat. how they can afford the education.
the illiteracy rate of the subcontinent is very high. they do not focus on study and learning and searching for anything.
they are slaves of themselves.
5.poor education system.
the examination system of the subcontinent is based on a rotten system. this system is based on examination, in which you have to only answer the question.
in their system, there is no practical work and other activities which develop the skills of the student.
6.passion about learning.
people of the subcontinent have not passionate about learning the language. even they are against this language.
but they are in the wrong way.

the government should set a great budget for it.
changed the examination system.
love the English language.
self-commitment,determination, passion, hard work, and smart work.
approach for it speaking.
talk with the people.
